Our established manufacturing sector client based in Burnley are recruiting for a qualified Financial Business Partner to join the growing team.
This Finance Business Partner role is to act as the conduit between finance and the operational side of the business supporting the organisation with a commercial overlap and providing stakeholders with the right information to base the strategic direction of the business.
Key responsibilities include -
- Manage the preparation and completion of Management Accounts for a division of this fast moving organisation.
- Have key input into the budget process.
- To drive the understanding of real cost drivers through the operational process and to offer key insight Businesss for development.
- To conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts offering commentary around discrepancies.
- To offer commercial acumen to steer the strategy and direction of the business.
- Identify real opportunities to drive process improvements across operations.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships across finance and the wider business.
As a qualified Accountant you will be able to demonstrate extensive experience in a similar role and real commercial acumen to add value in a fast moving, reactive operation.
