Sales MANAGER for specialized medical consumables company

**Position: Sales Manager Company: BP MED Ltd Location: Manchester, UK Salary: £37,000 to £55,000 annually (inclusive of exceptional benefits like continuous upgrading valuation increment up to 2 times a year, product incentives) Job Type: Full-Time, Working Hours: Monday - Friday

  • Achieve the company sales target
  • Take charge of liasing with NHS hospitals, supply chain registration and dealing with procurement
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Directors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients in hospitals.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Train and onboard new sales team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess car with valid driving license
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management/ Marketing/Biomedical Science/Biotechnology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in medical device sales is a plus.
