Contracts Manager Role
Full Time Position
Salary: £55,000-£60,000
Car allowance

Location: Office based in Greater Manchester and visiting sites within the North of England.
Duties & responsibilities:
Managing contracts
Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Managing health & safety on site
Completing valuations
The successful candidate will need to have strong project management skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
The projects are within the industrial sector, so the candidate must have experience working on Warehouse/Industrial projects.
Job Values range from: £200K-£5M
Requirements for the role:
3+ years at Contracts Manager level
Commercially aware
Based in or local to Greater Manchester
Industrial Warehouse fit out/refurbishment experience.
