Workplace Services Manager

  • 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
  • Working hours: Monday-Friday 40 hours per week (8am-5pm)
  • Salary: up to 40,000 per annum

Your new role
You will be supporting the mobilisation of a new building with a phased opening from August onwards, being part of a team that ensures the highest standards of service.
You will take ownership of the demised areas within the building, ensuring that working floors and client spaces operate as smoothly as possible-to ensure that the staff are not distracted from their work by having to deal with any facility-related issues. The areas supported will include:

  • Mail service
  • One and off-site archiving services
  • stationary
  • ISO compliance reporting
  • Health and Safety compliance
  • Reception / front of house services.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Knowledge of Facilities Management
  • Previous experience in a similar role, including working on a new building or a building move / closure.
  • The ability to organise and prioritise workloads and the ability to handle deadlines
  • Responds well under pressure and has sound decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service skills
  • IOSH certification is desirable
