Guest Service manager - Cambridge
Salary 30k per annum
Days 5 over 7 to include weekends
Ideal Candidate must have Front Office managerial experience
This Guest Services Manager role is set in one of the most luxury event spaces in Cambridge . You will be coordinating and creating incredible stays and ensuring every guest leaves having made long-lasting, special memories for life.
The hotel is looking for a warm and welcoming Guest Services Manager with the ability to go above and beyond to make every guest feel at home. You will be assisting exclusive VIPs and exciting blue-chip companies; therefore this is a role for an attentive individual with an excellent eye for detail.
Please note for this role you will need to be flexible when required to oversee the Duty Management, Reception and Nights along with bedroom reservations.
