Branch Manager
Drivers Direct Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic Branch Manager to join our team in Eastleigh.
We specialise in temporary and permanent recruitment into the logistics sector.
Whether you feel you have transferable skills to begin your career in the recruitment world or if you already have experience and are looking for a new challenge this could be the job for you.
Salary:
- £28k - £31k (depending on experience, Including £3k southern allowance ).
- Additional £4k car allowance after successful probation period.
- Monthly & Quarterly Bonus also available.
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30
- This will also involve answering emergency calls out of hours from drivers or clients, on a rota with your other team members.
The Role:
- Delivering a first class recruitment service.
- Generating sales leads / converting.
- Generate new business opportunities over the phone and face to face.
- Build close relationships with clients and candidates.
- General admin duties.
- Ability to understand various payroll platforms (training provided).
- Advertise new roles.
- Work towards monthly KPI'S and revenue targets.
