Job Title: Costs Draftsman (In-House)
Location: Manchester | Hybrid
Salary: £28,000 - £36,500
Hours: Full Time, 35 hour
I am working on behalf of a well established, top firm. They are looking for a Costs Draftsman to work in their Manchester office with a varied caseload.
You will report to the Cots Team manager and you will manage your own varied caseload of high value complex Legal costs matters, predominantly Housing Disrepair Files. Drafting points of disputes, budgets, bills of costs, schedules as well as negotiating settlements.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in Costs and are ideally ACL Qualified a solicitor or legal executive. However, this is not essential. Experienced costs draftsman without qualification will also be considered. OR, if you are a Fee Earners with a solid background in Litigation looking to move into Costs, you will be considered. The applicant must have at least 3 experience working in Personal Injury and HDR.
