An established business with a great reputation achieved over the decades are on the lookout to hire a new permanent SIPP / Pensions Administrator or an Investments Administrator.
The business have firm roots within Financial Planning & Advice, offering services spanning advice in pensions, investments, retirement funds and many other areas. The business pride themselves on establishing long relationships with all people and clients they partner with and do not compromise in any area on the service offered.
Depending on the persons experience whether focussed towards pensions or investments, the day to day duties will be:
Pensions
- Providing broad support and administration to clients and various portfolio's
- Working closely and supporting the Financial Planners
- Diary management
- Setting up new SIPP's
- Documentation & policy processing
- Record management and upkeep
- Banking
- Reconciliations
- Query handling
- Email mailbox management
- Processing various payments
- Liaising with other internal teams
- Plus many more
Investments:
- Providing broad support and administration to clients and various portfolio's
- Working closely and supporting the Investment team
- Diary management
- Documentation & policy processing
- Record management and upkeep
- Opening new accounts
- Liaising with providers
- Query handling
- Email mailbox management
- Invoicing
For this position the client is looking to see CV's with the following skills & attributes:
- Strong background in SIPP / SSAS / investment client servicing & administration
- Financial Services experience
- A holder of a CII Award or similar qualifications would be advantageous however not essential
- Excellent communications skills
- Team player
- Highly organised
- Excellent MS Office skills in particular with MS Excel
- Skills working with systems such as Omni, Virtual Cabinet & Intelliflo would be a great added benefit
- Excellent written skills
- Able to commit to an office based role near to Enderby, Leicester, that will offer flexible hybrid working post completion of the training & probation period
The role will be working Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, with Friday's being 8:30am to 4:30pm. For this role, dependent on someone's experience the role is ideally looking to pay a salary between £25,000 to £32,000 per annum. Additional aspects to consider as well are:
