Job Overview:
We are recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Staff Nurse with clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and emergency care experience. Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a passion for emergency care are essential. Applicants should be Registered Nurses with acute post-registration experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients and support for relatives.
- Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure continuous patient care from admission to discharge.
- Supervise and teach junior staff and learners as appropriate.
- Maintain personal development with support.
Key Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN1) with active NMC registration.
- Awareness and understanding of current acute health issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
