Our client, a well-known Hotel and restaurant requires an experienced Chef de Partie to join their team. Serving fantastic seasonal dishes, with an strong focus on locally sourced produce, this fresh food establishment is a local favourite. The restaurant is renowned for its high standard of cuisine and service, and places a high emphasis on creating a memorable dining experience for the clientele. Excellent work-life balance. Only 40 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced, ambitious Chef de Partie to join the talented brigade in this modern restaurant with boutique dining rooms. The kitchen uses only freshest ingredients sourced locally and produces quality dishes to a 2 Rosette standard.

Our client requires an enthusiastic Chef de Partie with a passion for fine food, who is capable of cooking to a high standard, whilst possessing the following qualities:

- Be confident in providing high quality food to large numbers
- A desire to improve and grow their cooking skills
- Well-presented appearance and excellent communication
- Able to develop and help other members of staff
- Be confident in preparing quality Rosette food

The ideal Chef de Partie will see this as a long-term appointment and have a desire to progress within the brigade.

This venue is accessible from Ufford, Woodbridge and Saxmundham, and a car driver is preferable but not essential, due to village location
