SEND LSA Role & Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with SEND across the primary age group
- Running key interventions to support learning
- Strong behaviour management.
- Collaborate with teachers to deliver tailored lessons and activities for students
SEND LSA Non-negotiables:
- Previous experience supporting SEND
- Experience working within a primary aged setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy and a passion for supporting children with SEND
