Field Service Engineer
Location: Field Based within the UK (with international travel in Europe, Africa and Asia)
Salary: £37K - £40K (Plus Bonus)

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support within the UK, and across Europe, Africa and Asia. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your mechanical or electrical skills and contribute to the success of our client's organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Accomplish preventive maintenance programmes for all equipment within the UK and international missions requested by their supervisor.
- Provide technical support to ensure efficient repairs and servicing.
- Liaise with customers to develop strong working relationships.
- Contribute to the local sourcing of spare parts by identifying suppliers to provide local support.
- Provide support for all quality issues, documenting them thoroughly.
- Maintain documentation to ensure its availability when required.
- Conduct audits related to existing equipment and provide improvements for increased reliability.
- Provide training for customers to ensure the implementation of best practises and current procedures.
- Offer assistance internally and to customers during the certification process.
Requirements:
- A 2-year mechanical or electrical technical degree.
- Knowledge and experience in 2 of the following: mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical systems.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel internationally.
