We are looking for a potential Business Development Manager ready to make a difference in the on-trade beer scene in the East Central Belt. The successful candidate will be a driving force in our Sales team, leveraging their relationship building and inter-personal skills to drive tap uptake in bars, restaurants, pubs and hotels to build upon an already strong level of success in the Edinburgh market and surrounding areas.

Description
- Increase tap uptake and maintain retention of taps.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the on-trade sector.
- Build and Manage relationships with key stakeholders to promote the company's brand.
- Achieve and exceed set targets.
- Compile and present sales reports to senior management.
- Manage budget and sales forecasts effectively.
- Stay abreast with industry trends and market activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
Profile
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the drinks industry, or a background in hospitality, with an outgoing, confident and driven nature - someone that can speak the language of pub/bar owners and managers.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- A keen understanding of market dynamics in the Scottish drinks and on-trade sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
