We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join an established team. Working closely with the Financial Controller this role is essential to setting and delivering monthly targets across finance operations.
Your role:
- Manage the finance team and drive efficiency
- Provide key metrics, highlighting issues and proposing corrective actions
- Ensure appropriate financial controls are in place and being adhered to
- Drive working capital management and cash flow
- Ensure compliance of all statutory returns, including VAT returns
- Oversee the timely completion of year-end statutory accounts and all associated analysis as required
- Support month and year end reporting
- Assist with audits
Your background:
- Previous finance management experience is essential
- Experience of delivering process improvement
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Qualified - CIMA, ACCA, or ACA
- Confident communication skills to build and maintain strong business partnerships with varied stakeholders
- Good command of Excel and other accounting software
