Hales Group are urgently recruiting Production Operatives to join for our client based in Halesworth.
Our client is a successful manufacturing business supplying products to premium brands internationally. We are interested in hearing from candidates who want to be part of this exciting business and seek longevity and opportunities in their employment.
The role of Production Operative will include;
- Load products onto the production line and manually assemble parts.
- Checking quality of products, such as labelling, print quality and overall meet quality standards.
- Packing finished products into boxes in preparation for distribution.
- Any other associated duties to ensure production continues to run efficiently.
To be considered for the role of Production Operative you will need;
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous but not essential
- Having good attention to detail is essential, to ensure product quality meets business standard.
- Able to work well within a team and communicate with colleagues
- Must have own transport due to the location of the site
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm (flexibility across both shifts preferred but not essential)
PAY: £11.44 per hour
LOCATION: Halesworth
DURATION: Temporary to Permanent
