Position: Senior Radiographer (Band 7)
Location: South East England
Contract Duration: asap till 2 months minimum from start date.
Working Hours: 12-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, 08:30 - 21:00 (30-minute break)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate radiographic equipment in a theatre setting autonomously.
• Provide high-quality imaging services in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
• Participate in the ongoing development of departmental protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

• Current HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) registration as a Radiographer.
• Relevant Band 7 experience or equivalent.
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a theatre setting.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying clinical scenarios.

Additional Information:

• A 1-day induction is required.
• Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday during the contract period.
• Position involves working long shifts with minimal supervision.
