About the role

As a receptionist, you will be the organisation's first point of contact for front-of-house services. We currently have a team of 3 permanent receptionists working across our 2 offices and are now looking for receptionists who can cover on an ad hoc basis. We are looking for candidates who are fully flexible, dependable, local to Balham and can pick up shifts at short notice such as on the same day morning or the evening before for any urgent cover.

- Receiving, sorting and distributing all outgoing and incoming post and deliveries.
- Managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
