Credit Controller

Search is excited to partner with a leading client in the property management sector to recruit an experienced Credit Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team, where you'll report directly to the Credit Manager and collaborate with a close-knit group of Credit Controllers, supporting branches across Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:
- Record NOPLs on the company CRM/billing system
- Calculate direct debit reviews and prepare DD increase review letters
- Handle and follow up on DD rejections
- Manage client payments and direct debits
- Resolve payment queries efficiently
- Use the CPL/RPM system for all client interactions
- Maintain accurate notes of all phone calls
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume credit control environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong self-discipline and motivation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in IT, especially MS Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
