Customer Service Representative

Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative who is used to providing outstanding service to customers. If so then please read on for a role that is for someone who is dedicated to maintaining commitment to excellence and the ability to handle a range of enquiries with efficiency and care.

Day-to-day responsibilities of the role:

  • Deliver proactive and exceptional customer service for all UK sales accounts by effectively handling a range of enquiries from our customers.
  • Process orders quickly and accurately, both inbound and outbound.
  • Engage with customers through communications including LIVE CHAT, with added administration functions to support company sales activities.
  • Answer a high volume of incoming calls and perform sales support duties, including providing product information and resolving queries related to orders.
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail and intermediate IT skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Be highly organised in time and task management, with a proven record of pace and delivery, and the ability to remain composed and positive under pressure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, with a track record of taking 80+ calls a day and order entry experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate IT skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to manage time and tasks effectively and work under pressure.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to maintain neutrality in challenging situations.
