They are looking for a talented Employment Associate (3+ PQE) to join their dynamic Employment Law team. This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with international ambition to work on high-profile cases, advise on complex legal matters, and be part of a firm with a global reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising multinational clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including recruitment, dismissals, redundancies, TUPE, discrimination claims, and employee relations.
- Assisting with employment litigation, from case preparation to representation in employment tribunals and courts.
- Providing strategic legal advice on employee contracts, policies, and regulatory compliance, particularly in cross-border matters.
- Supporting clients with restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
- Keeping up-to-date with developments in employment law, both domestically and internationally, and sharing insights with clients.
- Collaborating with colleagues across our global offices on international projects and cross-jurisdictional legal issues.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor in [jurisdiction], with a minimum of 3 years PQE (post-qualification experience) in employment law.
- Strong experience handling both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload, working with both national and international clients.
