With offices worldwide, the team of experts works collaboratively across borders to solve the most complex legal challenges.

They are looking for a talented Employment Associate (3+ PQE) to join their dynamic Employment Law team. This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with international ambition to work on high-profile cases, advise on complex legal matters, and be part of a firm with a global reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising multinational clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including recruitment, dismissals, redundancies, TUPE, discrimination claims, and employee relations.
  • Assisting with employment litigation, from case preparation to representation in employment tribunals and courts.
  • Providing strategic legal advice on employee contracts, policies, and regulatory compliance, particularly in cross-border matters.
  • Supporting clients with restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
  • Keeping up-to-date with developments in employment law, both domestically and internationally, and sharing insights with clients.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across our global offices on international projects and cross-jurisdictional legal issues.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor in [jurisdiction], with a minimum of 3 years PQE (post-qualification experience) in employment law.
  • Strong experience handling both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload, working with both national and international clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach.
