Our client, a growing organisation based in Hilsea are currently recruiting for a Social Media Marketer to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is office-based and reports directly to the Head of Marketing.
Key responsibilities:
- Crafting compelling content (images and videos) across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and potentially other platforms.
- Igniting conversations with our target audiences and building a strong online community.
- Developing and executing strategic social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and achieve marketing goals.
- Analysing data and reporting on the performance of social media initiative.
Our client is looking for someone who:
- Knows social media inside and out - from the latest trends to platform-specific best practices.
- Is a whiz with creative tools like Photoshop, Canva, and scheduling platforms (Later, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a small, but mighty team.
- Can take initiative and wear multiple hats when needed.
