Are you passionate about HR Transformation with a love for Service Delivery and fixing?
I am recruiting a Head of HR Improvement, on an initial 6-month basis, for one of London's largest emergency services.
In this role you will:
- Work with colleagues to define and bring to life the new Service Delivery Operating Model to life (tier 0, tier 1 etc
- Detailed design of People Services to bring to life Service Delivery Operating Model, including Business Modelling for each function to ensure Customer alignment.
- identify appropriate metrics and performance indicators required to demonstrate improvement
- Design and deliver a training plan for the department with the Assistant Director of People Services
- Preparation of update and sign-off materials for senior stakeholder meetings
To be considered you must be able to demonstrate:
- Strong understanding of HR processes, models and roles
- Understanding of the nuances involved in Public Sector Transformations and People Change projects
- Ability to operate at pace but delivery quality work
- Adaptability to rapid change
- Able to work with autonomy and conviction
This is a hybrid working role, with 2 days per week in their Southwark based office, paying £600 per day
