Head of HR Improvement

Are you passionate about HR Transformation with a love for Service Delivery and fixing?

I am recruiting a Head of HR Improvement, on an initial 6-month basis, for one of London's largest emergency services.

In this role you will:

  • Work with colleagues to define and bring to life the new Service Delivery Operating Model to life (tier 0, tier 1 etc
  • Detailed design of People Services to bring to life Service Delivery Operating Model, including Business Modelling for each function to ensure Customer alignment.
  • identify appropriate metrics and performance indicators required to demonstrate improvement
  • Design and deliver a training plan for the department with the Assistant Director of People Services
  • Preparation of update and sign-off materials for senior stakeholder meetings

To be considered you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, models and roles
  • Understanding of the nuances involved in Public Sector Transformations and People Change projects
  • Ability to operate at pace but delivery quality work
  • Adaptability to rapid change
  • Able to work with autonomy and conviction

This is a hybrid working role, with 2 days per week in their Southwark based office, paying £600 per day
