A spectacular opportunity for an accomplished Internal Business Development Manager to join a distinguished Bridging Lender in North london
This is an unmissable opportunity for a BDM with strong experience within Finance and Property
Main Purpose: To provide administrative support to the external sales team and assist in delivering excellent service across the department, and to our brokers and clients.
- Generating leads within our market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Follow up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Undertake research into specific towns prior to setting up appointments.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Provide backup including answering telephone calls, texts and emails for the divisional director when brokers are seeking terms
- Ensure that data including tracking of calls, correspondence and visits are accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM system.
- Attend and contribute to sales meetings
- Send broker packs out and follow up
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
What you will need:
- Dynamic, ambitious, business minded professional, preferably with experience within the bridging finance sector
- Must have some experience in finance or property
- 2 years' experience generating leads/working in Financial Services
- Capable of self-generating leads, and 'openingdoors' with brokers
- Proven track record in achieving new business and selling services ideally to brokers
- Commercially aware with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Negotiation skills
- Independent, organised and able to work on your own initiative, with a flexible approach to work.
- Enthusiasm, drive and passion with a strong desire to 'win' new business.
