Assistant Accountant

We are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Accountant with previously experience working in a busy finance department. This role will start on a temporary basis with the potential of a permanent opportunity.
- Preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts
- Reconciliation of financial statements such as balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements, and capital expenditure
- Accruals and prepayments and supporting on reporting and reconciliation Prepare, record and analyse and reports
- Journal Entries
- Ensure accuracy and compliance
- Resolving queries
- Assist in improving of processes
Skills Needed:
- Previous experience in an accounts payable function- essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will need an acute attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, coupled with a confident, hard-working approach.
