Minimum Requirements
- QTS or QTLS Certification
- Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection credentials/knowledge and experience

- Exceptional classroom leadership skills
- Passion, dedication, and drive to raise standards
- Innovative thinking, vision, excellent planning, and organisational abilities
- Experience with students with SEMH and additional needs (preferred)
- Understanding of educational advancements
