Office Administrator

Our client based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire are a world leading provider in their field and provide a vital link in the manufacturing supply chain. They now have a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to join their team as a permanent Office Administrator.

Responsibilities/Duties;

  • Daily Invoicing to customers using the Navision system.
  • Import/Export Administration
  • Raising of purchase orders using the AX system.
  • Purchasing of all stationery and ad-hoc consumables.
  • Payroll - calculation of employee's weekly hours, collation of figures and

submission to Head Office.

  • Control and allocation of Petty Cash
  • Filing and Archiving
  • Assist with other general admin. duties including. e-mails, memos, reports, records, quotations.
  • Sales Ledger
  • Maintenance of Attendance records.
  • Answering and routing of incoming telephone calls where possible.

Candidate Attributes;

  • Experience working in a similar administrative role
  • Strong written and numeracy skills
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office

Hours- Monday to Thursday 7.30am-4.30pm, Friday 7.30am-12.30pm

Salary- Up £27,170 depending on experience + 25 days holiday + pension match up to 10% + sick pay + Life assurance + free onsite parking + free refreshments
