About You:
If you are passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs, and have experience or passion to support children with Autism, this may be the ideal role for you! Experience is preferable but not necessary, if you feel you have the right qualities, please apply!
The Role:
- Providing an individualised approach to the children's education
- Being considerate, empathetic and calm in the way you interact with the children
- Supporting children in and outside of their classroom to strive and achieve their goals
- Promote learning through the children's interest
- Be guided by the teacher, and work collaboratively
