Description
Key Responsilbities:
- Ensure all inter-company invoice processing is completed on time and is accurate
- Reconcile all inter company accounts to minimise aged items
- Line management responsibility of a team of Billing Specialists
- Responsibility for driving accuracy standards across the team
- Reporting for clients, internal team and internal stakeholders (i.e. Operations)
- To ensure all invoices have the correct PO number detailed
- Processing of all customer invoicing
- To ensure that all invoices and credits generated are produced to a high standard to enable the business to function smoothly
- Continually focus on process improvement enabling timely billing practices and reaching monthly billing targets
- Monday to Friday - 9 - 5

- Good organisations skills and attention to detail
Job Offer
Salary up to £32000 per annum + Pension + Free on site parking + Work from Home + Study Support.
