Position: Senior Marketing Executive
Location: Crawley
Salary: Up to £36,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns, keeping to budgets and timelines
- Regularly update the website, using SEO and PPC to boost visibility
- Develop and implement social media strategies, monitor channels, and engage with followers
- Write engaging content for newsletters, blogs, social media, and PR
- Collaborate with marketing agencies to create standout campaigns
- Identify partnerships and brand development opportunities
- Analyse performance data, making recommendations for future improvements
- Optimise LinkedIn profiles for key team members
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing materials
Skills & Experience:
- Proven marketing experience, with a creative eye and attention to detail
- Strong communication and organisational skills
