AJ Chambers are working closely with a successful, growing Business Management Consultancy Firm based across the City of London who are recruiting for a Team Assistant.
You will support a friendly Company Secretary Team in a fast-paced role dealing with core Team Assistant Duties some which will include:
- Monthly Billing
- Monthly Filling
- File opening
- Client proposal letters
- Time reports
- Managing stationary
- Booking travel (UK; taxis, hotels)
- Booking meeting rooms
- Internal and external event management
- Project management
- Sitting in on board meetings taking minutes when necessary
- HR duties including staff onboarding, streamlining processes, creating passes and passwords and dealing with inductions
- Onboarding clients
You must have prior experience dealing with:
- Diary management
- Events management (internal and external)
- Onboarding of staff
- General administration
