JP Recruitment are pleased to be working with a Warehousing facility, based in Corby, to recruit an Accounts Customer Service Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Acting as a single point of contact for allocated accounts, ensuring the contract requirements are met and any issues are resolved effectively and efficiently.
- Processing customer orders from ordering through to dispatch.
- Allocation of orders, printing and allocating labels.
- Working with the Warehouse Supervisors and Managers to ensure orders are fulfilled within agreed timescales.
- Checking and maintaining the Warehouse Management, SAP and information systems.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an administrative contract role, ideally within warehousing, or a 3PL organisation.
- Good working knowledge of SAP and Warehouse Management Systems; Blue Yonder and Red Prairie.
- A keen eye for detail, highly analytical and demonstrates the ability to problem solve and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to handle problems effectively and quickly.
You will ideally be immediately available or on a short notice period.
