THE ROLE:
The Insight Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Work across multiple behavioural science led projects.
- Use behavioural science to bolster product services and offerings
- Conduct hands on traditional and online qualitative research
- Line manage direct reports, assisting with their growth and career development
- Manage multiple projects from end to end, delivering strategic insights to senior stakeholders
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The Insight Manager will have:
- Knowledge of different behavioural science frameworks is beneficial but not essential
- Commercial awareness and experience
- Excellent communication skills
- A background within consultancies/agencies
- 5 years of commercial experience at a minimum
- A strong qualitative background, and knowledgeable with a variety of methods
