We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our team in Nottingham. This is a full-time, ongoing contract role where you will be responsible for working on domestic properties. You will be working in void and tenanted properties covering general painting works to kitchens and bathrooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of substrates, including removing loose and flaking paint
- Apply coatings by brush, roller or spray applications
- Safe use and application of materials
- Applying mould wash to internal walls
- Completing documentation on job completion
Requirements:
- Driving Licence & Own Transport
- Previous experience in domestic properties
