Accounts Part Time

Our client is a well established company seeking to fill a part-time vacancy for a Finance professional.

Hours: Tuesday & Thursday - 9-4 pm (Temporary to Permanent)

The Job:

  • To assist with the weekly payroll for staff
  • Sales Ledger - to raise weekly client invoices
  • Purchase Ledger - to check against original order
  • Use Sage to load supplier invoices
  • Petty Cash
  • Stationery - keep stock levels filled
  • General Admin

The Candidate:

  • Must have experience of using SAGE Accounts and Payroll System
  • Experience in a similar role
