We are partnering with an esteemed engineering company to find an experienced Office Manager. This part-time role offers a 12-month fixed term contract, with potential for extension. As the Office Manager, you'll be a vital part of ensuring efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office functions, including administrative tasks, facilities management, and supplies inventory.
- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and assist with travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and enquiries.
- Support HR processes, such as onboarding and maintaining employee records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office/Operations Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sharepoint
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
