Job Title: Data Support Administrator - Temporary
Salary: £26,000
Hours: Full Time - 3 month contract
Location: Melton/Hybrid
Our client, a leader in the innovation of cloud telephony technology, is looking for a Data Support Administrator to join their successful business on a 3 month contract. This role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
Description:
The principle role of the Data Support Administrator is to review incoming data and enter onto internal inhouse systems.
Key Duties:
- Process leads to be added to database
- Process contracts/sales orders and associated pre-sales related tasks
- Compare site survey results to the contract
- Look for discrepancies between surveys and contract
- Process orders received on behalf of the Account Managers
- Complete administration for and behalf of remote colleagues
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- Strong analytical or data entry skills gained from work or education
- Diplomatic in approach to work with colleagues and customers
- Excellent Google skills or Microsoft which can be transferred
- Knowledge of great customer service, internally and externally
- Understanding of good administration and time management
- Qualifications to GCSE or equivalent
