A well known Estate Agency in North West London has recently expanded into new premises, and are looking for a Social Media Executive to join their team. This is a very exciting time to join the company as they continue to grow and build their brand profile in the area.
Additionally, you will have access to the company drone to take eye catching pictures and video footage of properties new to market.
Please note, position candidates must be min. 25 years of age and hold a full, clean driver's licence to apply for this position.
Tasks include:
- Responsible for managing the company's social media accounts and increasing followers
- Creating engaging content, regularly posting to the various platforms
- Developing social media campaigns to increase followers
- Implementing KPI's for campaigns
- Analysing campaign performance
- Keeping up to date with social media trends
- Competitor analysis
You will be:
- Min. 1 year's Social Media experience
- Min. 25 years old with clean driver's licence (company car provided)
- Property background ideal, but not essential
- Computer literate and IT savvy
- Social media experience
- Experience with Canva ideal but not essential
