Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver engaging and insightful Business lessons to secondary or post-16 students on a flexible basis.
- Quickly adapt to different classroom settings and uphold the school's teaching standards.
- Assess and monitor student progress during your time in the classroom.
- Implement classroom management strategies to create a conducive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with permanent staff to ensure continuity of teaching practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.
- Previous experience in teaching Business is highly regarded, but not mandatory for supply roles.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new classroom environments and maintain high teaching standards.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
