Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm

SKILLS REQUIRED
- General administration experience
- Excellent communication skills written & verbal
- Good numerical skills
- Able to work off your own initiative
- Thrive under pressure and working towards deadlines
- UK Driving License - due to office location
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle helpdesk calls, emails, and contract inquiries.
- Work with Contract Managers to coordinate maintenance visits.
- Arrange callouts, issue PPMs, and track engineer updates.
- Approve time sheets, organize PPM visits, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Maintain site files, manage remedial works, and approve invoices.
- Keep contract files updated, manage scheduling, and oversee renewals.
- Ensure compliance paperwork is filed and audit-ready.
