This role is perfect for someone who excels in creating, optimising, and analysing ads to drive results.
Key Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Specialist to include:
- Development and maintenance of our website, ensuring functionality, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective Google Ads campaigns, utilising advanced targeting and retargeting techniques.
- Manage pixel tracking and analytics integration to measure and optimise campaign performance.
- Develop, implement, and manage Meta ad campaigns to drive engagement and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to identify the most effective strategies.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic visibility and drive qualified traffic to our digital platforms.
Skills & Qualifications for the successful candidate:
- Proficiency in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development
- Experience with Google Ads and campaign management, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website optimisation techniques.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as GoogleAnalytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO plugins for WordPress.
- Digital Marketing experience within the Healthcare Industry
