About the Company
Our client is an established independent Facilities Management services provider looking for a Mobile Multiskilled Engineer with Air Conditioning bias to cover commercial client sites in the North West area.
Standard work hours will be: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.

Multi-Skilled AC Engineer - Requirements
- Air Conditioning qualifications (F Gas)
- Good competency level in electrical, mechanical and fabric trade
- Good working knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
- Experience working with CAFM systems
- Basic IT literacy
- Effective communication skills
Multi-Skilled AC Engineer - Responsibilities
- Complete PPM and Reactive works, minor improvements and capital work to include all Air Conditioning works as well as Electrical and Mechanical (within competency)
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with Health & Safety regulations and contract specifications.
- Address minor fabric issues.
- Provide engineering condition reports and quotations as required.
