We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our clients dynamic industrial organisation. This role offers the opportunity to ensure the accurate and efficient compensation of their workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Administer the end-to-end payroll process using SAGE, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on time.
- Compliance: Ensure all payroll activities comply with current legislation and company policies.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate payroll reports to management and external bodies as required.
- Support & Queries: Provide expert support to employees on payroll-related issues and queries.
- Data Management: Maintain and update employee payroll records with a high level of accuracy.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator, preferably within an industrial environment.
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of SAGE payroll systems.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Legislative Knowledge: Solid understanding of payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
