We are currently recruiting for a Sales and client relationship executive individual. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.
Handling customer enquiries, addressing any queries, resolving issues and providing an end solution.
Responsibilities of the role
- Proactively making outbound calls, Engaging clients to understand their needs, and creating sales opportunities
- Consultative Selling requires assessing customer requirements and scheduling internal appointments for tailored product presentations
- Having a sales approach to identify the best products and services to meet client needs
- Providing expert advice anddelivering personalised recommendations
- Efficient call handling, managing inbound calls and connecting clients with the appropriate departments to enhance the customer experience
- Upselling and Cross-Selling promoting additional services and solutions to increase sales
- Strengthening connections with both new and existing clients
- Keeping the internal database updated with accurate client information while adhering to compliance standards.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets, consistently achieving individual and team KPIs, and driving overall business growth.
- Client Information Accuracy, ensuring all client data is correctly maintained to support smooth sales processes and long-term client engagement.
