Are you a Finance professional looking to make a significant impact within an organisation?

We are looking for A Senior Finance Business Partner. In this role you will drive financial performance, ensure governance compliance, and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives. Your expertise in financial target achievement and internal control will be vital in shaping business decisions and optimising outcomes.

Everyday you will...

  • Create weekly/monthly Forecasting for respective Business Units
  • Supporting Stakeholders in Weekly/Monthly Performance Reviews
  • Review Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation and ensure Audit compliant.
  • Annual Audit support
  • Cash flow forecast, with Debt and Accrued Income
  • Liaising with senior management, heads of department and key leadership figures to gain business information
  • Implementing and Monitoring of financial KPI's with understanding of cost drivers to establish efficiencies
  • Evaluating and modelling of Pricing/Commercial tenders to drive growth and achieve 5 Year growth aspirations.

To thrive in this role you must...

  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA Fully qualified
  • Solid knowledge of Accounting and financial principles including IFRS15
  • Excellent Data and Analytical skills
  • Strong commercial skills and thought processes. Ability to analyse, interpret and challenge business results
  • Proven experience as a management accountant
  • Experience of matrix structured organisation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
