What will you do as Account Manager ?

  • Source, promote, manage and build client relationships
  • Client profiling to make targeted stock offers
  • Attend client virtual meetings to discuss products available
  • Managing existing client relationships and orders
  • Follow up on queries and outstanding quotes
  • Upsell to generate additional orders
  • Maintain CRM database and identity larger review opportunities

What will you need?

  • 1 year's customer service, sales or account management experience
  • Worked within an industry that sells a product
  • Driven and personable
  • Happy to upsell and call new potential clients
  • Used to working to KPIs
