What will you do as Account Manager ?
- Source, promote, manage and build client relationships
- Client profiling to make targeted stock offers
- Attend client virtual meetings to discuss products available
- Managing existing client relationships and orders
- Follow up on queries and outstanding quotes
- Upsell to generate additional orders
- Maintain CRM database and identity larger review opportunities
What will you need?
- 1 year's customer service, sales or account management experience
- Worked within an industry that sells a product
- Driven and personable
- Happy to upsell and call new potential clients
- Used to working to KPIs
