Sales Consultant
An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Consultant to join a leading retailer based in Newtownabbey. Due to increasing growth, they are looking for someone with a passion for retail to join their team.
This is a Full-Time, Permanent Position.
Working Hours: 38 hours per week (with requirement to work weekends, bank holidays and some evenings).
Salary: OTE £35,000 - £40,000 (pro-rata per annum uncapped earning potential).
Job Purpose:
As Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for recommending and selling the company's product range.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience of working within a sales/customer service role.
- A proven track record in sales.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload with high attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Customer focused.
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous furniture retail experience.

- Providing every customer with an exceptional in store experience.
- Taking the time to get to know and understand each customer's needs.
- Fully involved in store layout plans and changes, your ideas can make a valued difference.
