Part-Time Minute Taker - Monthly Board Meetings in Windsor

Location: Windsor
Hourly Rate: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour
Working Hours: Approximately 6 hours per day, once a month (hours may vary based on workload)
Meeting Dates:
- Tuesday, 10th September
- Tuesday, 8th October
- Thursday, 7th November
- Tuesday, 10th December
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and accurately record minutes during board meetings once a month
- Type and distribute minutes promptly to the relevant departments
- Provide occasional administrative support during annual leave periods
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in minute-taking, particularly in board meetings
- Strong organisational skills and an exceptional eye for detail
- Confident communicator with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
