Nursery Teacher with EYFS, Reception, and Primary Teaching Experience!

As a Nursery Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our little learners, ensuring they have the best possible start to their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Curriculum Planning and Delivery: Design and implement developmentally appropriate and stimulating learning activities, following the EYFS framework and tailored to the needs and interests of each child.
  2. Child-Centred Approach: Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore and learn through play.
  3. Assessment and Progress Tracking: Regularly observe, assess, and record children's progress and development, using a variety of assessment methods to inform planning and support individual learning goals.
  4. Effective Communication: Establish positive partnerships with parents and caregivers, maintaining open and regular communication to share children's achievements, progress, and any concerns.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to ensure the smooth running of the nursery and promote a cohesive team approach to childcare and education.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent early years teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience working with young children in an EYFS, Reception, or Primary education setting.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework, child development principles, and best practices in early years education.
  • Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for inspiring young minds and fostering a love for learning.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching approaches and activities to meet the diverse needs and abilities of individual children.
