My client is an established, leading, groundworks and civils Specialist Contractor.
They have recently been awarded a groundworks package as part of a new residential development in the Woolston area of Southampton.
They are looking for a Black Hat Site Supervisor / Site Manager to oversee the workforce on the ground.
The project has an anticipated lifespan of 6-8 weeks and beyond this the company plan to relocate the groundworks supervisor / Site Manager on to a similar project in the Curdridge area of Southampton.
The incoming Black Hat Site Supervisor / Site Manager must have experience of working on civils sector projects.
Duties:
- Running all work personnel doing morning meetings
- Toolbox talks.
- Production meetings
- Issuing permits
- Ordering of materials supervising the site in a safe manner
- Adhering to very strict health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- SSSTS / SMSTS
- Supervisor CSCS
- First aid at work
- Computer skills are essential
- Driving Licence
