Two dynamic qualified accountants are needed to join an established and growing group business as Interim Accountants on 12 months at their Exeter office.
These are not the average accounting roles! You'll be joining an exceptional business that is leading the way in its sector where you can genuinely make a difference.
you'll be joining You will be joining the business as part of a highly effective finance function with a collaborative and welcoming team. Reporting to and working closely with the senior management team, the two roles have different responsibilities:
Interim Project Accountant: will be undertaking a range of project accounting duties including: financial planning and modelling, developing reporting dashboards, supporting the group businesses with restructuring decisions, financial control, compliance and risk management, business partnering a range of stakeholders.
Interim Finance Manager: will be taking ownership of the financial control for several business entities and a charity, managing a small team, financial reporting and planning, cash flow forecasting and management, investment management, tax compliance, planning and reporting, acting as the key point for audit.
Interim Accountants - The Rewards:
Competitive salary of £50,000pa - £60,000pa plus benefits including generous holiday entitlement, health and dental insurance, life assurance, employee assistance programme, free gym, pension, as well as ongoing support and development.
Location: This role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
Hours: Full Time, Mon - Fri

Interim Accountants - Skills & Experience:
We are keen to hear from ACA, ACCA qualified accountants with good technical knowledge and hands on accounting experience, able to commit to an interim contract of initially 12 months.
You will be a self-starter with a high energy approach and a desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, change environment where you will be hands on.
A first-rate communicator, you'll be able to inspire, persuade and influence and be comfortable business partnering stakeholders and senior management.
A natural problem-solver with excellent analytical skills and strong IT skills.
You will be a team player and enjoy working in a collaborative manner with colleagues at all levels in the business.
